Red Mountain Vision Statement
Red Mountain Group (RMG) started with one individual's vision and passion for caring and acceptance. His goal was to build a company, not only based on profit, but on a shared vision by all who co-exist with him. The passion, willingness to risk, camaraderie and acceptance for one another are values shared by all at RMG.
Working as a cohesive group, RMG team members give of themselves and set examples by their actions, which demonstrate fairness, appreciation, loyalty and dedication.
RMG's philosophy of giving allows its team members the opportunity for growth and the ability to integrate their personal vision with the corporate vision. This creates new generations of companies and relationships around the world that result in extraordinary profits and maintain the same core beliefs started at the Company's infancy.
RMG's innovative approach to business with the "Anything is Possible" belief, challenges team members to think differently, providing them the platform to overcome obstacles. The results of their efforts continue to bring prosperity, well-being and good will to the entire community.
RMG re-engineered the way business is approached and created new ways of benefiting others. We make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and the communities we serve while maintaining fiscal responsibility to our partners. RMG does this by constantly evaluating what its purpose is and how it achieves that purpose with the people in the Company.
What most of the public remains unaware of is the bond that flows between the members of the company. They have shown a rare capacity for honesty and team cooperation. All of the members work together in a cohesive unit that flows through work and life as one. A model for this country and the world of how diverse people, from vastly different backgrounds, can become a familial unit with bonds that are closer than blood. A person walking through the door immediately feels a sense of peace, joy and tangible energy.
This system works well because the ultimate goal is not self-serving but to give... it's all about the people!
